Can You Eat Potatoes on a Diabetic Diet?

The Yummy Potato!  Missing it on your current Diet?

Don’t despair, help is here.

Potatoes actually fit into a weight loss diet with ease.  It isn’t the potato that has been the problem.  It is how it is cooked and served.

We aren’t going to list all of those don’ts.

Listen to this video by Dr. John McDougall and his view of eating Potatoes.    We’ll be back.

  1. Potatoes are my favorite food.
What you do to them makes what you eat unhealthy.
Eat the whole potato with the peel on and bake it. If you want fried, just
cut up and spray with olive oil and bake in the oven. Great!
